We attended the Harvest Home Fair, our community faire here in Westwood. Someone was kind enough to hand me their left-over ride tickets as we arrived and they were leaving, so the money spent was minimal.
Here is Archie holding a baby chick.
One of the big draws for Archie is the large tub of corn in which you can wade around. I dunno what the big deal about laying in corn is, but Archie just loves this!
Lawrence and I are riding the carousel.
I think he's trying to decide how the horse goes up and down.
We had a bunch of Reds ticket vouchers left over, so we cashed them all in for super good seats between home plate and first base, on the field level and enjoyed our last game of the season. Phillip invited a family he works with and we enjoyed the game with them. Rosie Red happened by our section, so we got a quick picture. Lawrence was totally in awe.
The game was very exciting and the Reds won, so we got to enjoy the victory fireworks afterward! The weather was rather chilly that evening, so I suppose it's time for baseball to end for the year. Hello, fall!
