Today was Morgan's last day of school for her Junior year. To celebrate, she went with a friend to see the Pirates Movie. Archie and I decided to go to the Museum Center to check out the Museum of Natural History. I thought today would be the perfect day to go...The school systems here in Cincinnati were out, so no yellow buses, no weekend crowds, etc. Well when we pulled up in the parking lot, the first thing I saw was four yellow buses! Where do they come from?? Fortunately, there weren't that many and we were able to avoid the kid crowd by staying behind a bit.
We had a great time and Archie can now tell people the difference in Plant Eaters and Meat Eaters by looking at their teeth. Which he told everyone that paused behind us at the Museum. Here he is, picking the nose of a Bison skull. You have to use your whole hand to pick the nose of a bison:
After we all got home, Archie spent a lot of the afternoon "hanging out" (so he told me) with Morgan. She helped him play video games. It was very nice to see the two of them getting along so well and spending time together.
